Account & data deletion
This page explains how to delete your Andura account and your data. You can do it yourself inside the app in a few taps, or request it by email. There is no charge.
Option A — Delete your account (account + all data)
- Open the Andura app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Open "Logout & delete".
- Tap "Delete account".
- On the confirmation page, tap "Delete account permanently" to confirm.
This signs you out and removes your account together with all of its data.
Option B — Delete your data only (keep the account)
- Open the Andura app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Open "Logout & delete".
- Tap "Reset all data".
- On the confirmation page, tap "Reset data" to confirm.
This erases all your data on the device and in the cloud backup, but keeps your account active so you can start fresh while staying signed in.
Option C — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it for you:
What is deleted
When you delete your account (Option A) or reset your data (Option B), the following are erased both on your device and in the cloud backup:
- Workout logs and personal records
- Weight log and body measurements
- Nutrition logs
- Training goals
- Profile (age, sex, height, goal, frequency, experience)
- App settings
For account deletion (Option A), your sign-in (the email used for the magic link) is also removed.
What is kept
For a data reset (Option B), your account itself stays active so you can keep using Andura. For a full account deletion (Option A), nothing of your account or data is kept after the retention period below.
Retention period
When you delete your account, it is disabled immediately and then permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, in case you change your mind. After the grace period the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
