Terms and conditions
Andura is a local-first personal training coach. All data is stored on your phone and can be exported or deleted anytime from the Account screen. By using Andura you accept the following key points:
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Andura. By using the app you confirm that you are an adult.
What Andura is
Andura is an AI fitness coach that suggests workouts and nutrition guidance. It is informational only and is provided for general fitness purposes.
Recommendations, not prescriptions
Andura provides training recommendations, NOT medical prescriptions. It is not a medical device or a substitute for the advice of a doctor, physiotherapist or professional trainer.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety at the gym. Consult a doctor before starting any new training program. If you feel sharp pain, dizziness or breathing difficulty, stop the session.
Backup and security
Firebase backup is optional (magic-link authentication, no password) and encrypts data in transit over HTTPS.
Error reporting
Error reporting (crashes) is opt-in (off by default) and uses Sentry, with personal data stripped before sending. We don't collect usage metrics. You can turn it on or off anytime.
Free Beta
Andura is in free Beta. Features may be changed or added without prior notice until the V1 launch.
Provided "as is"
Andura is provided free, as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it is error-free, always available, or fit for a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of Andura. You train at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
Andura, its content and software belong to DM & CO. Your own training data belongs to you. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial fitness only.
Account and termination
You can delete your account and data anytime from the Account screen. We may suspend or end access if the service is misused or to comply with the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania (EU). Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Andura evolves. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
